Job summary

Albertsons Companies, doing business in part as Safeway, seeks a Fulfillment Specialist at its Central Fulfillment Center in Ridgefield, WA. You will operate in a fast-paced pharmacy production line, handling prescription orders, receiving inventory, scanning, sorting, and shipping with automated systems, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington is required.
• High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
• Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores.
• Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
• Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment.
• Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions.
• Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
• Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
• Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation as requested.
• Assist Inventory Technicians as requested. Participate in Inventory Audits.
