Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to efficiently package prescription orders and manage packaging inventory. You will support pharmacy staff, interact with carriers, and ensure timely dispatch of shipments while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• WA State Pharmacy Assistant License required.
• Experience with MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar.
• Experience in fulfillment or distribution, preferably in a pharmacy/healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently package prescription orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain inventory of packaging and shipping supplies, including cold chain items.
• Restock packing materials and support daily pharmacy operations.
• Interact with third-party couriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Assist pharmacy staff and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
