Consonus Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment Lead to manage daily fulfillment tasks and ensure compliant handling of medications for long-term care facilities. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License required in appropriate state.
• Ability to implement procedures with understanding of goals and objectives within the department.
• Ability to work with other department leads in an interconnected matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily workflow assignments in fulfillment areas including packaging, delivery, and purchasing.
• Maintain a clean workstation, replenish supplies when needed.
• Ensure the storage of medications/supplies follows all regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service
• Collaborates with the Fulfillment Supervisor or Department Supervisor to ensure compliance with state and federal regulation.
• Assist with orientation and training of staff.
• Create schedules for Fulfillment
