Job summary

The Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our Miami fulfillment center’s pharmacy fulfillment operations, overseeing daily execution, safety, and accuracy of prescription fulfillment. You will drive performance, coach frontline leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain service levels and compliance.

You will manage staffing plans, measure KPIs, and implement process improvements while ensuring a strong patient-safety culture and alignment with pharmacy

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license in good standing as required by applicable state(s).
• Progressive experience in pharmacy, fulfillment, mail-order, specialty, or high-volume healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Own daily fulfillment execution, ensuring orders are processed accurately, safely, efficiently, and within service expectations.
• Establish operating priorities, communicate expectations, and maintain accountability for department results across shifts and areas.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and labor allocation based on volume and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex fulfillment issues and coordinate resolutions with pharmacy, technology, customer service, or leadership.
