Job summary

Beyond Blue is seeking an EHR Analyst, Pharmacist, to configure, maintain, and support clinical applications within the enterprise EHR. You will apply system builds, workflows, and configuration to ensure reliable performance, collaborating with clinicians, IT teams, and vendors.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy and 2+ years of related experience, with Epic certification preferred. You will participate in testing, training end users, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and data

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Clinical EHR/system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains clinical applications to support operations.
• Performs system builds, workflows, rules, and data elements.
• Troubleshoots issues, identifies root causes, applies fixes.
• Participates in testing upgrades, patches, features.
• Gathers requirements and suggests improvements.
• Documents configurations, workflows, tests.
• Provides end-user training and support during implementations.
• Ensures IT policy, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Supports peer review and QA of builds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
