Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmacy District Manager to lead and support a portfolio of pharmacy locations in Minnesota.

You will provide hands-on leadership, drive financial performance, and champion exceptional patient care across teams while maintaining compliance with all laws and policies. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, oversee operations, recruitment, and staffing, and help shape the future of Coborn's Pharmacy in our employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy leadership and management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and billing compliance.
• Proven ability to drive store/department performance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Pharmacy Managers across locations.
• Oversee sales, profitability, labor, inventory and KPIs.
• Coach and develop pharmacy teams through site visits and feedback.
• Ensure safe, compliant pharmacy operations and quality patient care.
• Partner with store leaders to execute company initiatives.
