Coborn's Pharmacy in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacist to lead a patient-centered team and deliver exceptional clinical care in a community setting. As a manager, you will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and influence patient outcomes while upholding Coborn's values.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and/or PharmD, active pharmacist license, and preferred pharmacy management experience. ESOP ownership and strong community focus are core to our culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team delivering exceptional patient care.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and foster personalized care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services with clinical conversations.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, and QA initiatives.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members and corporate partners to drive clinical, operational, and financial success.
• Identify opportunities to expand patient care offerings and enhance patient experience.
• Champion clinical initiatives and community-focused programs, including point-of-care testing and women's health services.
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource and leader within your store and local market.
