Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks an experienced Director, Pharmacy to lead and administer all pharmacy operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance. The role includes PIC responsibilities, quality oversight, and staff development across states where licensed.

The candidate will ensure safe, accurate, and compliant medication use, while managing budgets, staffing, and regulatory readiness in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited program.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state of residence.
• IgCP certification within two years of employment; maintain ongoing certification.
• Ability to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the resident state and other required states.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to the pharmacy's operation and practice.
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy workflow and direct staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance and serve as escalation resource for patient care matters.
• Develop and maintain a pharmacy quality program in line with Joint Commission, URAC, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise personnel, interview, onboard, train, and retain qualified staff.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and maintain readiness for inspections.
