Located within the organization's Wellness Center, this role will see a variety of patient populations from children to older adults.

Position Highlights

• Work/Life Balance: steady schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week
• EHR: PDX with planned transition to Liberty
• Competitive Salary: $124,000-197,500 base salary depending on years of experience with relocation options available
