• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy School; Pharm.D. preferred; license required.
• Progressively responsible experience in pharmacy and computer applications.
• Over one year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy department operation and ensure accurate prescriptions.
• Improve prescription sales, profit, patient count, and professional image.
• Recruit and develop pharmacy staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations including DEA.
• Oversee training on the pharmacy POS system and resolve questions.
• Monitor inventory and audit records; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Resolve customer issues and counsel on OTC products.
