Hy-Vee, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Registered Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy department. This non-exempt role fills and verifies prescriptions, counsels patients, and supports inventory while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a college degree and active pharmacist licensure; continuing education is required. MTM experience and immunization ability are preferred. Night and weekend shifts are required to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure and pharmacy degree required.
• Maintaining licensing through continuing education.
• 6 months to 1 year of similar experience preferred.
• MTM experience is an advantage.
• Immunization administration ability preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, efficient, friendly customer service and counseling.
• Fill and/or verify prescriptions following OBRA/regs.
• Assist with controlled substance inventory and annual checks.
• Maintain inventory, order stock, and update records in the system.
• Coach and train staff; participate in ongoing education.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory procedures.
• Handle outreach and educate customers on pharmacy services.
