Job summary

Medica in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Analyst to evaluate pharmacy data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for PBM contracting and reporting.

This office-based role requires 5+ years in pharmacy analytics, proficiency with Excel, Tableau, SQL or SAS, and the ability to present complex findings to stakeholders. Location options include Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI; salary range approx 78k-134k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy healthcare analytics, with a focus on data analysis or trend management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software to collect, analyze and report pharmacy data.

Responsibilities

• Data Mining and Report Development: collect, analyze and report pharmacy data and trends.
• Data Analysis and Report Development: identify trends, develop comprehensive reports and actionable insights.
• Documentation: document report development and data processes.
• Continuous Improvement & Training: stay informed on industry trends and provide training on data analysis methods.
• Cross Department Collaboration: collaborate with clinical, financial, actuary, provider, network and operations teams.
