Medica Services Company LLC in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Analyst to evaluate and assess pharmacy data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision making.

In this position, the Pharmacy Analytics Analyst will evaluate and assess pharmacy data to identify trends and opportunities. This role requires understanding of pharmacy and medical claims, pharmacy drug pricing, rebates, drug life-cycle, drug pipeline, and PBM contracting elements. The analyst will determine requirements, create standards and metrics to ensure complete and accurate pharmacy reporting and provide insight and recommendations using quantitative and statistical analysis to drive decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and knowledge of the healthcare and PBM landscape.
This is an on-site office role requiring an average of 3 days per week in the office. Locations: Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.
The full salary grade for this position is $78,700 - $134,900. The typical hiring salary range is $78,700 - $118,020. Salary is influenced by education, experience, certifications, scope of responsibility, internal pay equity, and external market data. Medica offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, volunteer time off, 401(k) contributions, caregiver services, and other benefits.
