Medica, headquartered near Minnetonka, MN, is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics professional to analyze pharmacy data, develop reports, and drive data‑driven insights. You will collaborate with clinical, financial, and operations teams to turn trends into actionable improvements.
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in pharmacy healthcare analytics, with strong skills in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and SAS. Office‑based with onsite work three days per week in Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $78,700 – $134,900. The typical hiring salary range is $78,700 – $118,020. Annual salary placement will depend on factors such as education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity, and external market salary data.
