Job summary

Glenview Professional Pharmacy in Texas seeks a detail-oriented Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to join our long-term care team. You will accurately process high-volume prescription orders and clarify medication details with facility staff using RedSail Technologies suites (PrimeCare/QS/1, DocuTrack, DeliveryTrack, and PioneerRx).

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a closed-door LTC pharmacy, strong typing (50+ WPM), excellent communication, and active CPhT certification with State Board

Qualifications

Active licensure as a Pharmacy Technician with CPhT certification.
State Board Registration is required.
Experience with RedSail platforms is preferred.
1+ year in LTC or institutional pharmacy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Input new prescriptions and refills into PrimeCare/QS/1 with exact dosage forms and directions.
Use DocuTrack to route digital documents and coordinate with DeliveryTrack for delivery schedules.
Communicate with nursing facility staff and prescribers to resolve order discrepancies.
Maintain audit-ready records of communications, prior authorizations, and billing overrides.
Ensure compliance with state boards, HIPAA, and QA protocols.
