Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing
• Maintain notes in computer and cycle fill coding
• Handle calls from customers with care and courtesy
• Assist with filing, packaging, inventory and order processing as needed
