Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Oklahoma City location. The role focuses on accurate prescription entry, fast and courteous customer communication, and efficient handling of refills and dosage calculations.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid pharmacy technician license, and at least two years of related experience. Certification (PTCB) is preferred, with proficiency in pharmacy software and related systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required where state law dictates.
• Pharmacy Technician license or registration, national certification preferred (PTCB).
• 2+ years of related experience; advanced computer skills and pharmacy systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Enter notes and cycle fill coding in the computer system.
• Calculate and verify correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, providing prompt, courteous service.
