You will enter patient information into the pharmacy database, support proper billing, and help maintain compliance with health and company standards. A willingness to learn and pursue a Pharmacy Technician License is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to meet service goals.
• Greet customers and provide quick, efficient service.
• Enter patient information accurately into the pharmacy database.
• Maintain a safe pharmacy environment by adhering to health guidelines.
• Understand the dispensing department processes and data entry procedures.
• Follow the Data Entry Department Manual and unit-specific procedures.
• Input prescriptions for ALF and SNF facilities as required.
• Track narcotic prescriptions and manage IV supply and formulary interchange.
