- Proficiency with pharmacy operations systems and computer software; strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
- Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
- Enter notes and cycle fill coding in the system; verify dosage.
- Communicate with doctors' offices on refills and follow up as needed.
- Maintain data entry records and proficiency in all pharmacy systems.
