Qualifications

• PTCB certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls from prescribers, nurses, and facilities and route accordingly.
• Provide customer service via phone and email.
• Maintain organized email and desk for streamlined operations.
• Perform accurate data entry and process prescriptions daily.
• Handle billing claims and insurance information.
• Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure timely delivery of medications.
