Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Massachusetts Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill orders accurately and timely.
• Resolve PBM-related billing problems.
• Handle phone inquiries and initial prescription intake.
• Communicate with providers, prescribers, and patients.
• Cross-train in different roles within the facility as needed.
• Assist with enrollment in manufacturer and nonprofit copay programs.
• Support prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Manage mail/delivery of Rx orders and address delivery issues.
