The role partners with the Specialty Pharmacy Fulfillment Lead and pharmacists to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Responsibilities include inventory management, packaging, order counting, and coordinating mail/delivery while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician required; Board certification preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the pharmacy fulfillment process for Rx orders, including inventory, storage, and counting/filling orders.
• Process mail and delivery of Rx orders and address issues in the delivery process.
• Maintain and procure packaging and pharmacy supplies, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Clean and maintain pharmacy and loading dock areas and equipment.
