Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a highly motivated Shared Services Pharmacy Technician to build and manage our inventory and logistics team while supporting the outpatient pharmacy network.
You will enter orders, handle PBM billing, and assist patients with fulfillment and delivery while collaborating with providers and pharmacists to ensure service excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced individual that will build and manage our inventory and logistics team. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and become the pharmacy of choice for all our patients and employees. The Shared Services Pharmacy Technician will assist the overall operation of the call center and data entry teams for the BILH outpatient pharmacy network.
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Job is physical in nature and employee needs to stand and/or move around through the majority of their shift.
Pay Range: $26.00 - $34.99 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
