Pharmacy Data Analyst I

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field
• 2 years’ relevant work experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development, maintenance, or utilization in healthcare or business systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pharmacy Data Analyst II

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field
• 5 years’ relevant work experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development, maintenance, or utilization in healthcare or business systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• STARS and MES experience strongly preferred

Pharmacy Data Analyst III

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field
• 8 years’ relevant work experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development, maintenance, or utilization in healthcare or business systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

Pharmacy Data Analyst I and II

• Develop and maintain complex SQL-based reports, BOE universes, and enterprise dashboards, implementing automated validation procedures and providing final sign-off on departmental reporting.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend analysis across healthcare metrics, delivering actionable insights.
• Design and maintain robust reporting systems, ensuring data warehouse integrity.
• Evaluate impacts of new products, systems, and processes on data infrastructure, proactively addressing issues.
• Mentor and support business analysts in query development and reporting methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for accurate data capture and reporting, communicating findings effectively.
• Make high-stakes decisions with substantial financial impact, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reporting.

Pharmacy Data Analyst III

• Serve as the technical expert on pharmacy data analytics issues.
• Mentor, coach, and potentially lead projects involving Analyst I or II.
