Qualifications:

Pharmacy Data Analyst I

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field
• 2 years’ relevant experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development in healthcare or business systems

Pharmacy Data Analyst II

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5 years’ relevant experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development
• STARS and MES experience strongly preferred

Pharmacy Data Analyst III

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 8 years’ relevant experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development
• STARS and MES experience strongly preferred

Skills and Attributes:

Level I

• Advanced SQL expertise, report-writing, proficiency in Oracle, Access, SQL Navigator, Excel (pivot, VBA, macros, vlookups)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
• Understanding of corporate data systems and healthcare fundamentals
• Business acumen in finance, accounting, statistics, risk, and project management
• Effective communication skills, stakeholder engagement
• Ability to create and validate procedures, support training
• Knowledge of managed care, underwriting, actuarial concepts

Level II

• Advanced/complex SQL knowledge, department expert
• Proficient with Oracle, Access, SQL Navigator, VBA, ODBC, report/form development
• Highly advanced analytical skills
• Excellent communication, independent project management

Level III

• Ability to work independently or lead projects, mentor others

What You Will Do at Cambia:

Levels I and II

• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, automate validation
• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, trend analysis
• Design reporting systems, ensure data integrity
• Evaluate impacts of new products and processes
• Mentor and support analysts, promote reporting consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally, interpret datasets, communicate findings
• Make decisions with financial impact, validate reports

Level III

• Serve as technical expert, mentor/coach, lead projects

Compensation:

The salary range for Pharmacy Data Analyst I is $56,950 - $77,050, with a bonus target of 5%. The full range is $53,000 - $88,000.

The salary range for Analyst II is $75,650 - $102,350, with a bonus target of 10%. The full range is $71,000 - $116,000.

The salary range for Analyst III is $91,800 - $124,200, with a bonus target of 15%. The full range is $91,800 - $124,200.
