Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Experience Associate to provide friendly checkout service, assist pharmacists, and help maintain store operations. You will use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and support inventory management.

Ideal candidates have strong math and computer skills, a retail background, and a PTCB certification or willingness to obtain one. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Operate cash register and handle purchases with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Maintain clean, organized store and promote product recommendations.
• Support pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing items.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
