Job summary

Walgreens in New York is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver excellent service at the register and assist with pharmacy-related tasks under supervision. You will engage customers, help locate products, and support pharmacy operations while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting Walgreens services, and ensuring accurate prescription handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and pharmacy workflow.
• Maintains shelves, checks in merchandise and supports inventory.
• Supports pharmacy operations including data entry, prescription processing and customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
