Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer general questions, and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Assist patients at prescription pickup - verify name and date of birth and follow all privacy (HIPAA) procedures.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and insurance copay transactions accurately.
• Handle returns, price checks, and phone calls; take refill requests and route them to the pharmacy team.
• Stock, face, and rotate front-end shelves; monitor expiration dates.
• Keep the checkout area, aisles, and store clean and well-organized.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and basic inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Pharmacy Cashier / Front-End Associate handles register transactions, greets and assists customers, and supports the pharmacy team at the pickup counter. You'll be the welcoming face of the pharmacy - accurate with money, quick on your feet, and warm with every patient who walks in.
