Job summary

Willowbrook Pharmacy in Carmel is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve patients and customers by handling cash, processing orders and deliveries, and keeping shelves stocked and organized.

Experience is preferred but training is provided; benefits include competitive pay, health benefits, 401k with match, employee discount, and flexible scheduling. No nights, Sundays or holidays. Qualifications include at least 6 months of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with others as a team to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Run cash register for over-the-counter sales and greet customers.
• Maintain over-the-counter stock by reviewing shipments, tagging prices, and shelving items.
• Prepare mail order and delivery prescriptions by contacting patients and processing charges.
• Place orders for supplies; process returns after supplier approval.
• Keep shelves and counters neat; check expiration dates and remove expired items.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional relationships with patients and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
