Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and maintaining patient drug information.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assists with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provides customer service in various areas (photo, web pick-up) and suggests additional items.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and pharmacy procedures; supports pharmacy workflow.
