Job summary

Walgreens in Puerto Rico is seeking a customer-focused team member to support pharmacy operations and provide exceptional checkout service. You will assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and help customers with product recommendations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling cash, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting inventory and store upkeep. Prior retail experience and English fluency are preferred for a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale to customer and suggests trade-up/companion items.
• Registers purchases on the cash register; processes returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing under supervision and supports pharmacy operations including inventory management.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising; assists with displays, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a neat store condition.
