Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register, processes payments, and handles exchanges as needed.
• Assists pharmacists by entering patient and drug information and supporting prescription processing.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and supports inventory tasks.
• Performs pharmacy-related duties under supervision and adheres to policies, including quality improvement and dispensing norms.
