Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales, provides courteous checkout service, and assists the pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy tasks including using pharmacy systems and processing prescriptions.
3. Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares customer service best practices.
4. Provides fast, friendly service, recommends products, manages transactions, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
5. Supports inventory management, pharmacy operations, and compliance with legal and company policies.
6. Assists with store displays, product placement, and customer photo services.
7. Handles web order pickups and store maintenance tasks.
8. Completes training and maintains necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience

• Six months retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience and PTCB certification are advantages.
• Good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control preferred.
