Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assist the pharmacist under supervision, in pharmacy practice, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions.
4. Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure positive experiences.
5. Recommend products, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory, and support pharmacy operations including medication dispensing and inventory management.
6. Provide customer service in the photo area, support web order pick-up, and assist with store maintenance.
7. Earn and maintain PTCB certification, attend training, and stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy news.
8. Meet minimum qualifications such as fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours.
9. Preferred qualifications include retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
