Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems, obtaining patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.
4. Engages customers, resolves issues, and offers assistance to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends products and manages sales transactions, including returns, refunds, and stock management.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provides customer service in various store areas, including photo services and web order pickups.
8. Maintains store cleanliness and organization.
9. Participates in training to maintain PTCB certification and stay updated on healthcare developments.
10. Fulfills minimum qualifications, including fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours.
11. Preferred qualifications include retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
