Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems and processing prescriptions.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and promote a positive shopping experience.
5. Handle sales transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web order pickups.
8. Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies.
9. Participate in training and maintain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
