Customer Service and Sales

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Pharmacy Assistance

• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in practicing pharmacy in accordance with regulations. Uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Engagement

• Greets customers and patients, offers assistance, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items, manages transactions, and assists in locating products.
• Keeps store clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records.
• Supports pharmacy duties such as entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions, as directed by pharmacy management.
• Reports prescription errors immediately and adheres to company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
• Handles telephone calls, processes third-party claims, and performs clerical duties.
• Supports inventory management and maintains knowledge of asset protection techniques.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays, completes resets, and assists with product placement and stock rotation.
• Maintains knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
• Assists with store maintenance and adheres to company policies, maintaining respectful coworker relationships.
• Completes special assignments as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.

Additional Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
