- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions.
- Shares customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
- Recommends products and manages transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintains store cleanliness, inventory, and displays, and assists with pharmacy activities such as prescription filling and inventory management.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web order pickups.
- Supports store maintenance and adheres to company policies and respectful relationships.
Training & Personal Development
- Earns and maintains PTCB certification and attends training for ongoing education.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification are preferred.
