Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items, manages transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and assists with inventory and product displays.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, medication verification, and compliance with legal standards.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up orders.
8. Ensures store appearance and safety standards are maintained.
9. Completes training, maintains certification, and adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably with retail experience, pharmacy knowledge, and PTCB certification.
