Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items, manages transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and assists with inventory and product displays.
- Supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, medication verification, and compliance with legal standards.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up orders.
- Ensures store appearance and safety standards are maintained.
- Completes training, maintains certification, and adheres to company policies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferably with retail experience, pharmacy knowledge, and PTCB certification.
