Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items for sale, processes transactions, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
6. Supports pharmacy operations such as inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with legal and company policies.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Maintains store appearance and adheres to policies and procedures.
9. Participates in training and personal development, maintaining required certifications and skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), except in Puerto Rico.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
