Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items for sale, processes transactions, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
- Supports pharmacy operations such as inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with legal and company policies.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintains store appearance and adheres to policies and procedures.
- Participates in training and personal development, maintaining required certifications and skills.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), except in Puerto Rico.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
