Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring for a pharmacy support/retail associate in Florida. You will assist customers with products and services, help process prescriptions under the pharmacist's supervision, and manage cash register transactions with courtesy and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have strong math and computer skills, good English, and a flexible schedule. Prior retail or Walgreens experience is a plus, and PTCB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Strong math and computer skills; inventory awareness is helpful.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and ensure accuracy.
• Register purchases at the cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves; assist in merchandising.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist with inventory and claims processing.
• Adhere to Walgreens policies and Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
