Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Associate with pharmacy support responsibilities in Florida. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and operate the register with accuracy while supporting pharmacists under supervision to help dispense medications.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, basic math skills for prescriptions, and a good command of English. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and familiarity with store systems are valued; Walgreens values equal

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Registers sales at the cash register and processes payments.
Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and medication safety.
Provides courteous, friendly, efficient checkout service and customer assistance.
Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; handles routine store tasks.
Reports prescription errors and follows pharmacy policies.
Supports pharmacy operations including inventory and claims processing.
