Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-centric team member to support checkout, product assistance, and pharmacy-related tasks in-store. You will assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, and help customers locate items.

This role prioritizes accurate cash handling, friendly service, and adherence to pharmacy procedures, with training opportunities to expand pharmacy knowledge and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills, computer skills, and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help with products to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process sales at the register with accuracy and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and handle pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and processing of prescriptions.
