Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the cash register.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and assist with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with workflow, prescription entry, and handling of third‑party claims.
• Adhere to company policies and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct and Good Faith Dispensing guidelines.
