Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions, including counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in pharmacy tasks and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and supports inventory management.
• Performs clerical duties and supports pharmacy operations, including building displays and processing third party claims where needed.
