Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Excellent math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register and handles transactions accurately.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision with entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves and supports inventory control.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and supports workflow in the pharmacy.
• Adheres to company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
