Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Team Member to deliver a distinctive, friendly customer experience. You will register sales, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

You will greet customers, answer questions, stock shelves, handle returns, and support inventory, store displays, and OTC services while upholding store policies. English fluency and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Engages customers and patients, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and supports inventory.
• Provides customer service in OTC areas and supports store operations as needed.
• Follows company policies and adheres to Code of Conduct.
