Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in retail preferred; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling and cashiering.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or equivalent credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and process prescriptions in pharmacy systems.
• Handle cash register transactions, returns, rain checks, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean counters and shelves, price merchandise, and monitor stock.
• Support pharmacy department on inventory management and ordering.
