Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician/Customer Experience team member in Michigan to assist the pharmacist under direct supervision, entering patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and filling prescriptions accurately while maintaining a patient‑focused service standard.

You will greet customers, process transactions, stock shelves, support inventory, and help with photo and web‑order duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy-related duties under pharmacist supervision.

• Ability to operate pharmacy software and POS.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Verify medicine correctness and check for possible interactions.
