Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preferred six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills so they can fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision with entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Handle inventory tasks, pricing, and merchandise displays in accordance with store policies.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with daily workflow and pharmacy-related tasks.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Adhere to Walgreens policies and safety procedures.
